“GOLDEN”, the breakout hit by fictional K-pop group HUNTR/X from Netflix’s film K-Pop Demon Hunters, has become an unexpected global sensation, climbing international charts at full speed. After dominating the Spotify Viral chart, the track has now reached No. 2 on the Spotify Global Top 50, the platform’s main worldwide ranking — trailing only behind BLACKPINK’s “JUMP.”
With over 5 million streams on Spotify, “GOLDEN” is currently outperforming “back to friends” by Sombr (4.8M) and “Daisies” by Justin Bieber (4.3M). On the Billboard Hot 100, the song has already debuted at No. 23, continuing its strong momentum.
Although HUNTR/X is a fictional group, the track “GOLDEN” was recorded by real artists: Ejae, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami, who lend their voices to bring the group to life.
