HYBE, the South Korean company best known for launching BTS and, more recently, the rising girl group KATSEYE, who are making waves with their hit “Gabriela” , has unveiled its newest project aimed at the Latin market.
The initiative, titled SANTOS BRAVOS, brings together 16 rising Latin talents from countries including Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina, Peru, Spain, and the United States. Unlike HYBE’s K-pop ventures, this will be a Latin pop group with a global focus.
Out of the 16 contestants, only five will make it into the final lineup. The debut date hasn’t been revealed yet, and there’s still a lot to unfold as the project moves forward.
